weight transfer

I just bought an 07 attak,can anyone give me the adjustment range in mm or inches of the weight transfer rod,I didn't get the special wrench so I don't want to give it too much weight transfer and break the thing.Like maybe the max/min distance between the lock nut and adjusting nut,thanx cuz ere getting 6-10 tomorrow here in vt.
