Hey member's anyone missing that White gold yet? i'm starting to get a bit itchy ya know, August is at our door step already! well... the guy at Ag-way is going to be ordering my new snowblower for the (or) many upcoming seasons, nope no hand me downs this year guys. I found myself watching some 509 video's, and some Bavarian Boon docker stuff, catwalks etc. I fired up the Vector today along with many other things that were going on in the garage today, were going about 30 days apart on these start ups so..

One question i did have, I've read some of the Grizz's post and noticed when he did his chain tensioner job there were a couple of special tools he used, one that stuck out was something that looked to be a socket type tool. Does anyone know were i can acquire one of these or can something be used in it's place

i will be starting this job and the end of August, again i am fairly mechanically inclined, but might need some helpful advise from our knowledgeable members like yourself..

Take care guys Chris

The special socket for removing the engine spacer was made from a 1/4" deep well 13mm socket. See special tools picture below.

You need to make this socket yourself as described and shown in the pics from Grizz. All the other tools can be purchased or borrowed from a friend who has them. Just follow Grizz's instructions exactly. You will probably need to replace your exhaust donuts as well when everything is apart.
