I have heard a lot of good things about the Excell system, however i am not willing to pay $800 for it.
I had an MBRP on my F7 and loved it but i heard the one for the nytro is very loud, but reasonably priced.
Any suggestions.

All excells silencer is, is a bike pipe that he puts his tip on that says excell. The header pipe he makes. Not sure how cheap you can get the silencer for if you can find the one he uses. I believe its a muzzy pipe...

That's news to me... Aaron has told you this himself? I have seen a few Muzzy exhausts and they don't look like that.

I suggest going on youtube to look at and hear some of these exhausts first hand. Lots of them sound cool for a quick clip, but think about how a winey crotch rocket can sound for a long ride in the wood sfor you and your buddies. Each has a different sound, and price. Then once you like a few look up their claims of weight loss and power gains to determine it. Just an idea IMO

Well he does claim getting power from the pipe so yes that is where some of the power is coming from. im not bashing him in any way i have an excell header on my sled with hauck silencer. he does great work. the header pipe is definately a quality pipe has a lot of time in R and D with this stuff. i was just simply trying to help a guy out so he could possibly find the pipe aaron uses and get it at a cheaper price. thats all.

Go to you tube and type in Schmidt Bros video. Check out their mufflers, the sound is perfect. Not to loud just right. They make all their own stuff right out of their garage, so everything that goes out the door has their name and pride on it. I am happy with everything i have ever recieved from them. Top shelf quality.

Sure he's not using the Muzzy's on the Grizzly/Rhino 550/700 ATV's? He is a Yamaha dealer and does sell ATV's. Muzzy's work awesome on ATV's.
Or, he is just using the inside of the Muzzy and creating his own outter core? Seems like alot of work though... But maybe not....

Yea ive been to the shop a few times. my dealer went out of business so im looking for a new so i was gonna try him but didnt work out to well, but anyway, the guy i know who delivers there said he talked to him and he told him thats what he was using. its possible its just the core..i didnt get details on it. it wouldnt be that hard to use the core and just put a polished piece over it and his tip.

Yes its the hauck husher. it fit fine with the excell header. fit just like it did with the stock header. Only video i have is with hauck silencer and the stock header. I started an exhaust video thread here. you can hear it on there. its with no baffle in it. I put baffle back in now. i really didnt notice much difference in sound but it def had little more power with the header

not sure what your trying to say here. to me it sounds like your comparing price of a one-off piece that you are making to a product thats in production?
