What type of wheels are the SRX 440's? Plastic?, Metal?, Style?
Also, isn't 7.5" a little on the big side? Using your numbers (7.5" and 7.125"), these are 9.5mm larger so you end up with the wheels pushing the track an extra 4.75mm away from the hyfax, while the rest of the Poo wheels would only push the track an extra 2.5mm away from the hyfax. Seems like the track would basically never touch the hyfax anywhere near the rear wheel and the rear axle wheels would be taking a lot more load than normal - plus the inner idlers ahead of the rear axle would be carrying very little load (on a monoshock this might be a good thing since they are the ones to regularly fail, but on my 07 RTX I don't think this would be desirable).

i,m going to try the wheel extender kit that pioneer performance is selling. it,s basically shims your standard wheels down 2.5 mm and also going to put a small wheel kit at the front of the skid where the bend is. at the bend and just behind the four idlers i find is the worst areas. i don,t care what anybody says i also ran a fully clipped one inch track this year and i found that helped a lot.

I put on f-cat wheels look about 7 7/8 " . with the stock wheels I went through a set of slides in a few hundred miles. I put on these bigger cat wheels, inside cat wheels(i think they are a little bigger too)) and 2 wheel kits and have not changed slides in 2000 hard(ice & dirt) miles.
here is a pic below with a tape measure of one that I ruined when i blew my ripsaw & towed it down the rough ice for a ways.
