cant stud unless u reduce driver size to 8 or 9 tooth. that long of a stud will hit tunnel

I beleive that is only true on the 2004 vipers. Most people here are using 1.370" studs.

Woody's recommend 1.325" on the 1.25" Rip-saw. And yes you can stud them.

1.325 ON 1.25 TRACK , Keep track tight or it will hit the tunnel unnervingly close to your frt heat exchanger .

I currently run a 1.25" lug with Extreme Max Stainless 1.40 studs. Just remove front cooler protectors. NO problems 168 up the center.

Check out wiem.com. According to the year, make and model Woody's chart recommends the 1.325 for a 1.250 track. Usually 1/4" above your lug size is good, but that's what they recommend on their site.
