What should I Buy ?

The Vector is know as the "Torque Monster" of sleds, you will absolutely love the out of corner performance! Mine will out run my buddies Viper EVERY time and give my other buddies F7 (03 - the fast year) a hell of a run for its money!

Upside - Great MPG, Trouble free motor (hondo's got 39,000 on his now), can ride all day comfortably.

Down side - Mono-shock is only good for recently groomed trails and factory skis suck.

Other than that its a great sled IMO.
;)!

The one thing I noticed is they take awhile like all 4 strokes to break in. My dad's Viper is the fastest stock Viper I have ever been around. At first he could walk on my uncle's 2007 Vector GT easy. This year the Vector finally hit over 1000 miles being we don't get much snow around here anymore. The Vector really woke up this year and gives the ole man's Viper a run for it's money. I assume the new FI Vecor he traded for will be much better.

Thanks again for all the replys. I will not buy until fall and am still thinking 136 Vector. What are they like for boondocking. I do not need a true mountain sled. I went to Wyoming in 1998 and a 136 was a mountain sled. I have been off trail riding on 121 sleds since the late 80's in north eastern MN and not had to much problem. But as I get older it there are days it would be nice to cut down the # of stucks to 5 or 6 a day. LOL
