I have a 2006 vector that just pushed a rod through the lower part of the motor right next to the oil filter.Sled is in mint condition but it seems like to have it fix at a shop, it would be more then it is worth (kills me).I also have a 2004 warrior and machines look to be identical and most parts can be swapped back and forth, but two things there are the 2004 is also in great condition, so no need for swapping yet and second is I am not sure if I ever need to swap motors,could it be done and will they have same mounts,etc. (I know one is a 4 cylinder and the other a 3)?
I guess the first thing I can do is to contact a dealer to see if/what they would give me on a trade in and if not enough maybe test the waters on ebay or Craig's list to see how much it is worth there, and make a decision on if it is worth selling or keeping as a back up (thinking if I can get $1500.00, I should get rid of it).
Would appreciate any help on this thanks.
