its killing me not being able to go riding! I love my new little guy, but sitting in the hospital watching it snow over a foot and knowing i can't go out just sucks
It was the best day of my life and the worst
I'm already thinking about the little quads and snowmobiles and plastic motorized jeeps i can buy for him...need to do something in the hospital

Don't swet the small stuff!! take the new little motor head for his first snowmo ride!!!
.... in all seriousness there will be plenty of good snow to play in later just hang out with that little bundle of joy and make little snowmobile sounds with the new RX1 toy you should hav already gotten him (you have it don't you) and enjoy every last second of it because they grow up way to fast, trust me my 4yr old born on Christmas eve is already starting the RX and his 2yr old brother is not very far behinde!!

Stay put if you know whats good for you
Just keep staring out the window everyonce in a while eventually she'll tell you to go riding, say no until she insists then act like you really feel bad about leaving but will go if thats what she wants LOL

might sneek out tomorrow morning before i go back to the dreaded hospital...she'll never know, right!!!???
Congrats! Set your priorities right. The little one will grow up before your eyes, and, unless you spend the time with him and pass along your ideals and values, his personality and behavior will be influenced by others (TV, Cable, Media, Peers, Electronic games etc). There will be plenty of time to get him out on the trails as he grows - BUT TEACH HIM SAFELY AND BE A GOOD MENTOR - we all fell off learning how to ride, and it's better to fall off at low speeds.

At least you got the snow. The blizzard didn't come up as far as Saskatoon. We did get a couple of inches yesterday, so I guess it is better than nothing.

My wife and I are on the debate of kids. In the meantime, we just go riding.

She cetainly won't smell the oil if you sneak out (another great feature or the RX1) but some how she will know, trust me. Congrats on the new addition and just ride to the hospital
