Well at the 4000 mile mark my stock ripsaw is showing some signs of breakdown. Fingers torn off some ripped just hanging on so I figured I'll tough it out this season and replace it next. What tracks seemed to work well on the 05-06 RS series sleds, more specifically the 121" vector. I don't want to get any smaller on the lug than 1.25".

I went with another Ripsaw, but fully clipped and pre-drilled for studs.
Another option to consider is the hacksaw with the molded in carbides. I know it's only a 1" track, but I think that is adequate for the Vector and you should pick up some acceleration and speed with a smaller lug while increasing your braking capabilities, especially on ice.

Well i don't run studs and I do go off trail so I don't want to go to a 1" for obvious reasons but what is the thinking of the fully clipped versus every 3rd?? I was thinking about the Camoplast Intense track with 1.5" lugs. It looks like the fingers on that track might hold up better than the ripsaw but i don't know if it's possible to put a 1.5" track on a 05 vector.

My studs are 1.375" long and they clear the tunnel.
The ripsaw is a soft compound, so anything other than it should last longer in terms of lug tearing. I know you mentioned that you are not a stud guy, but I found with studs, the track is nearly impossible to spin and therefore they actually last longer in terms of tearing.
Call Tracks USA as they will be the cheapest and fastest service.

06 Venture 144+1.75+15 8t antiratchet for clearence and 13% gear reduction. Still a boat but you can not break it with lots of gear.
