yea guys they definetey do work. if i remember correctly the doo loops might be a 1/4" narrower which is no big deal at all. you could put in a nylon washer if you really wanted to. also the doo loops seem to have a little more plastic to them than the yami ones. i think they look great and yes they are very reasonable
