Going to frankinmod an 86 phazer. I've read different stance widths but no feedback on handling. There must be a limit for rideable width. Long lengths of tube is limitless. Thinking about 40in. Any ideas?

i had a phazer 2 and did the bender widening kit it was great plus i did sx package to the motor on the trail it was the best handling sled i have own wish i have not sold it.

I had a short phazer that had the kit once. I dont think it was much over 2 inch on each side. looking back, I think they were fine narrow for what it would be used for today. I thought the phazer 2 had the updated width already. I have also seen leaf spring converted to tss. Just picked up a couple short phazers to restore. good goat path/ begginer machine. Still have an srv and to me is everything a phazer ever wanted to be
