Well it appears I ordered the wrong bag. 
The one I have works for meduim shields and up. I have the stock shield and don't plan on changing it. So my question is, did anyone order the bag for the low windshields and change to a taller one. I can tell you that the taller bag is a good size and you could easily fit a camera, float pump, and other goodies in there. The bag is brand new and still has the unused velcro tabs. I would put this in the classifieds but figured it would get more views here and hopefully quickly get a response. A trade would be great but if anyone wants the tall bag let me know.

Hey if you can give me a good deal that is the bag I am looking for. Mine is back oredered till feb 15 so I canceled it.
