I am sold on Woody's Dualies after this past weekend. Over the past several years I did the shim thing and did not like the results, heavy steering and rear keel wear. I went back to no shim and a set of Woody's Dualies, darting gone and light steering. I do not know why guys are saying that they push in the corners, none existant, this sled just rails with these runners. I would recommend you try a set for yourself and experience the difference. Just my 2 cents.

ya Ilove mine no push they work great . i think they increase the drag on the front end a little . If it's radar day on the lake you might want to throw on some plain (non carbide) bars. Cheap enough to keep a set on hand for that little extra edge

Did you go with the 6" or 8"? I'm gonna get a set for my Venture.

I went with 6" to go along with the 144 studs and 121" track. You have a longer track but are you studded? This will determine what's best. On previous 2up sleds I've owned, 6" was good for unstudded and borderline on studded.

Yes,studded. 112 up the center only. Maybe I should go with the 8 inch. I believe they have a 1/2 in host bar,and the 6 in has a 7/16 bar.I was looking for easier steering, less darting and I don't ride real aggressive.

Geez..tough call! I'd see what other Venture owners are doing when coupled with 112 studs. If it were me, I'd go with the 6" and crank up the spring pressure if you want more bite. For what you describe...8" might be too much.

Six it is! Thanks for the input! Now if it would just snow.
Tabor Rider 973.....
i am affraid that 6" is not near enought for your need.
I discarted my 4" set on my non-studded Venture & went with a pair of ACS double 8" 60 degres.... still non-studded. Remember, 144" and 1.5" profile, combined with probably 2 person's load.... that's the picture..
And i believe the ACS is more aggressive......
Will not go any less than that.
Ohhh. i do ride a bit hard.

Where can I get a set of these? Do you think they'll fit my mountain ski?
