I shipped my shocks off to Hygear for a respringing-revalving package, and have reinstalled them. However, I suspect that I may have incorrectly reinstalled the rear one. I installed it with the shock body at the bottom, and the shaft at the upper mount point.
I installed mine with the reservoir on top. It works fine that way, but I noticed someone else's sled, with the reservoir on the bottom-side of the shock.
On the rear-most shock of the XTX, should the piggiback reservoir be on top of the shock body, or under the shock body and between those two flat linkages?
Thanks.

It's under on my apex XTX. Same skid, so you probably should flip it.

Yup, you need to flip it over, if not, you will leave the adjuster knob open to potential damage due to contact with the track.

Thanks for the help. I just flipped it over.
