Anybody else have problems installing the Yamaha Fourth wheel Kit? I can't seem to get the new bolts that came with the kit to go in all the way. The original bolts seem to be a finer thread.

I just received a kit with bolts that were the wrong thread pitch. I had to buy other bolts.

Did your new bolts go in about 8 turns then stop? The Bolts I got with my kit were labelled (YHC 8.8) are the new replacement bolts you got numbered the same? My original bolts say 10.9 Q

8.8 and 10.9 is just telling you harness for a metric bolt. 8.8 is similar to a grade 5 where 10.9 would be similar to a grade 8.

Okay thanks for the info. Hopefully I can find the correct bolt.
the thread pitch is different i put a set on last month the dealer had received a tsb and the proper bolts they told me that it was the easier packaged kits that had the problem
