whats the best sounding and cheapest exhaust for the rx1s and will the exaust fit both mountain and rx1 short track

I've used a whiteknuckle quiet, Mountain performance quiet, and an Excell. I think the Mountain performance has the best note for a cheap (relatively-$430new) pipe. Not too loud, nice sound. The whiteknuckle worked great but had a annoying krackle and cost the same as the mountain performance. The excell sounds great. A real rumble at idle, a bit loud at open throttle, but head turning, street bike, sound. It has the advantage of getting rid of the exhaust fairings, but it's a bit pricey at $600. I have an almost new (200miles) mountain performance quiet pipe that I am going to offer for sale at $350. They all save you quite a bit of weight (11-15lbs).

Did you cut the pipe down or is that the stock length?

I pick up one from a dealership and was trying to figure out how to make it fit.

Does gutting the exhaust give it a straight pipe sound? Is it really loud just gutting it? How do you go about it? Can I do it or does an exhaust shop need to?

The R1 pipe?

Just curios if this R1 pipe fits good? It looks awful tall. Will it get completely hidden? I actually have two of those out in the garage and was thinking about doing the same thing. Much trouble??? Anybody else need one let me know.

The R1 pipe I am selling is both shortened and gutted all except for 1 baffle. Dealing with the Ti while shortening is a PITA. Once shortened you will still need to have a 2 into 1 fabbed.
