Yamaheater question

Hi new nytro owner here, 2008 mtx, im loving it so far

The only problem is the handwarmers dont work, the previous owner didnt use them, and he installed a resistor so it would not throw a code.

If i install the plug and play yamaheater will it bypass the problem and work? Or do i have to fix whatever the problem is first.

Depending on what he did you would have to fix. I don't understand what he was up to because he could of just turned them off. Perhaps a grip element is burnt out and that is the code it is throwing. I have a Yamaheater on my nytro and it works awesome.
