Hey guys, I could use a little help. I got my ole lady a sled this weekend and it has old school metal ski's on it. I have the stock black plastic ones from my sled that I wanna put on her sled but I dont have the aluminum saddles or front plastic ski loops.

I was wondering if you guys that are using the Precision or C&A ski's on your sleds wouldn't mind parting with the saddles and loops from your stock ski's????. Thanks in advance if you can help me out...........Cubby

I have a pair of SRX plastic ski's Would those saddles or loops work? What sled did you get the "ole lady".

I got her a 1997 Vmax XTC 600. It has those old metal ski's with the plastic snow shields on them. I think the SRX ski's are different than my RX-1 ski's but I may take you up on this if I cant get to use my old black plastic skis from my RX-1 Because both yours and mine will fit her sled......................Cubby

Cubby, get that sweet little thang a vector :flag:

How tha heck am I gonna afford a Vector when I keep dumping cash into my old dog????.

Actually she rode a 99 500 twin w/ reverse & electric start and liked it better than the Vector she rode. If I had my way I would be driving a new Apex and give her my old dog but I had to get her what she wanted and felt the most comfortable on. She said the Vector was too heavy feeling and it was much like mine, hard for her to control..............Cubby

Cubby,i have my original 03 RX-1 skis you can have the parts off them and because i work for DHL i can ship them to you for no charge.let me know. Mark

Cubby, I know that XTC is your wife's but if you find yourself wanting to make it a lil more peppy, I have a top and bottom gear as well as the smaller 68-link chain that I used on my 700 XTC to increase the gear ratio. Sure made a difference with my 700. Of course, if you wife is not the power craving sledhead like yourself, she may be content with the XTC in its stock form.
