Jeff! I got an 8 inch rear wheel but was looking for an 136 inch ZX2 extension kit for my Warrior to replace the one without the holes drilled in it. I've emailed and Pm'ed but no reply! I hope everything is OK!

Well I got a bill for an 8 inch wheel yesterday. No 136 extension kit yet! Guess someone else got my Kit and I got his wheel.

Been three weeks to a month now since I sent the kit back. Everyone must be on holidays!

i talked to jeff on the 24th..said they are just crazy busy with suspensions..i guess things are going great,he told me they are working through x-mas holidays to get caught up..i was told i should get my zx2 the 1 week of jan....

Have you tried calling him? :dunno:

Ya a couple times but we have been short handed at work so I've been either there all day or on the road mostly. Someone called today so it'll get sorted out! Holiday time and all I don't expect people to work they should be home with their family's.

I see Jeff was working on the 24th and I was off but I never thought to call as I would have thought they where closed. My Bad!

I'm off tomorrow so I'll give a dingle to see what they found out.

Has anyone had thier suspension bolts back out after the reset set them to 50 ftlbs with loctite as per AD Boivin service bulletin.. I had the upper rail one come loose after 350K. Retighten on the trail. Checked the out after another 200k when I got home and it was snug. I removw the bolt, put on locktite and rest to 50 ftlbs. I hope this is anot a pattern. AD Boivin will have to find a fix to this problem if it persists.

This is not good. I have called several times. Left a voice mail and sent an email and still have not got a response from Jeff in two days. I understand he may be busy but what am I supposed to do about warranty parts? The bushings in the revolvers are shot.. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.

I removed every bolt that didn't have a nylock nut, cleaned with a wire brush and then sprayed with break cleaner. Both internal and external threads. Used compressed air to dry, and then used liberal amounts of red 291 loktite. 600miles on since then and no problem with backing out anymore. I did not loktite my rear axle bolts. I think the critical ones are the ones that the arms connect to. I'll check again again in a day or two (if it ever warms up!). If anything has come loose I'll post back.

After following the retorque service bulletin, my bolts have not come loose since. It's been about 300 km.

mdkuni, as for the rubber bushings inside the revolver, try to find a replacement in the meantime. I've heard that 1/2" diameter piece of rubber gas line hose works . I'll probably do this if the bushings fail on me again. I'm sure the gas line hose would be more durable too.

Sasquatch, did you get your issue resolved?

I did get an 2 emails from Jeff yesterday. One was in response to an email I sent over a month ago. I am guessing they are just swamped.
