I wanted to ask you some info about the vents you made for your viper:
What did you cut the abs with - an olfa cutter?
Did you round the edges at all? is sand paper the best or something else?
What glue worked for attaching the screen?
I have a bravo for the kids and the vent by your left knee was broken. Wanted to cut it out and make a vent like this to cover the opening.
