    Shootout

t appears that the Tcat "slowed down" the most from 500 to 660 feet both in mph and ET's. I assume that once the skis were settled down onto the DIRT, the heavier front end of the Cat hampered it's performance. Don't they weigh and Dyno them at this event? Used to. Does anyone have the weights...

    SRX vs 2022 Mach Z

Here is the response I received from them Sunday March 21st at noon. "We got hit with near summer temps the past week in Ontario and it killed all our snow and wrecked our drag strip. Got the review of the MACH completed but only got part of the shootout done before the snow melted. Posting the...

    SRX vs 2022 Mach Z

Apparently the Lester's from Snow Trax are going to line the SRX up against the Mach Z they just received on Friday and publish the results early next week online.

SRX vs Mach Z does this seem accurate ?

Cat had a 1000 twin from 2007 - 2011 (if memory serves). They claimed 165 hp and 120 ftlbs of torque and were also touted as a "mach eater" in some publications. My 2007 F1000 was not.

    2022 Mach Z

I know I saw the mach lowered in their advertising somewhere but the 2022 "Spec sheet" lists the overall height for the Renegades and the mach at the same 49.9 inches.

    Love the comment by Yamaha...hahaha

Agreed. I called the local Skidoo dealer this am and within an hour and a half of the 1:30 launch yesterday he had already sold 5 MachZ's. I assume that was at full pop at $23000+ Cdn!

2022's - Are there even going to be any?

No Spring preview release dates, none of the traditional venues booked and no rumours? At the last Toronto Powersports Show (October 2019), I believe Jaret told me that he was going to Los Angeles to visit a design agency to pick the colours for the 2021's and 2022's. Perhaps he could weigh in...

    2021 stryke ski

I have the Tech Tip for them that Yamaha sent to dealers in September but no part # given. It does say that the staggered wear bar supplied from factory only has one row of carbide and that is to be installed with carbide strip on the inside of the ski. It also says the Stryke ski has 4 mounting...
