Ty4stroke has higher quality content then HCS imo. Others told me to switch to Yammie clutches, but I also have a buddy who was running the stock Yamaha clutches on a Sidewinder and his secondary blew up and killed his primary around ~5000mi with a similar tune to mine.

I did call STM, since I live down the road from them, to ask them about the 3 cylinder warning and they said their new WSP versions of the Rage are fine on the 998 and its really Skidoos that still have issues, but who knows.

My stock "adapt" clutch blew apart on me, so looking to change things up. I had the billet cover, but the fixed side broke apart. Honestly I thought it was good to go too but lasted less then 1000 miles.
I've been looking at TAPP and STM clutch options. Both now have their own secondary options too.
Hard to find real opinions on which performs better. Anyone got any feedback as of 2026 as to which performs better on these sleds?
