My 06 Attak starts easily with a boost, but dies as soon as the leads are removed. An overnight trickle charge had zero effect. Merely turning the key registers silence. Locals are baffled.
I am considering this lighter sled. I don't mind giving up top end if it has good bottom. I notice suspension issues with last years model. Is this sled perhaps too small?
I think you are all set for another season. You could lube the skid for piece of mind. Its easy. Other than that , I think you're done. The initial service package was the important one.
Just picked up my sled today. Routine scheduled service. I told them they could take their time -and they did. lol Anyway, they gave me new idler wheels on warranty. I wasn't even aware of the problem. Their call not mine. ;)!
I thought the reason for not using Synthetic for break-in was that it is too slippery and the rings will not seat properly. Switching later if thats your prferance. Even if I'm wrong; what could it hurt.
