I had a ZX2 on my Attak GT and my wifes 700 viper for years. I bought a used one years ago and went through it, so I'd have a spare. Neither of us ever broke anything on them. I sold my Attak and she wants to sell her Viper. I just wonder what the skid would be worth if I put it up for sale...
Does anybody know if this is a stock sidewinder spring? I thought primary springs were 3 colors. Everything else looks stock. The rear clutch has a yellow spring wrapped at 60 degrees. I'm looking to replace the springs because these have 7000 miles on them as far as I know. I bought the sled used.
Just got an email stating the manufacturer will start shipping swaybars August 19th.
Still hoping BOP will have something for this season, and keep the stock one for a spare.
I broke mine, last ride of the season. Was going to wait and see what Travis came up with. Then decided to order a stock one, to have just in case. I placed an order and got an email back saying "Backordered (no current ETA)"
I wish him luck in sourcing materials.
I bought one of those this year. Got the gpstrailmaster maps for it. Works good. Has a bit of a learning curve to set it up. But the large gps display is nice for my old eyes.
A quick release mount would be nice, but its not a deal breaker. Had zero problems with it.
Thanks,
I'm looking for just something to mount on the tunnel, not side bags. I should have made that more clear in the post.
I contacted Upnorthtechnologies, he gave me a couple of ideas to try.
Are there any tunnel bags or rigid ones that you can put a lock on? I know some people who had belts stolen out of bags last season. Its for a 137 sidewinder. I can make mounts if its not for a sidewinder.
