Not quite sure what you're asking, but I assume you're looking at the stock clutch kit parts? What is it you're wanting to swap?
They are different between models. They're optimized for the gearing and weights of each sled.
I do have the service manual for the Nytro that shows all of the...
The problem with the sled industry is that it's one of the smallest segments in motorsports. That being said, it pays to have new wheeled vehicles hit the market every few years whereas the R&D costs to develop completely new machines is spread over fewer total units.
If you were seeing...
Check the connections at the relay block that's above the oil tank for corrosion as well. Mine did a similar ting a few years ago and it ended up being a "key-on" wire that goes through there. They're not weather tight connections, and if I remember right (I'm not near my sled or a service...
How similar to the Dooleys are those carbides? Are the inside edges between the runners such that they will hold packed snow? { like ( ) instead of ) ( ?} I had the Dooleys on my sled for a season and they would pack full of ice/snow. It ended up causing a ton of drag and my fuel mileage went...
Adjusting the CO settings will only affect the idle areas below clutch engagement speeds. The rest of your adjustments should be made with your Power Commander
A lot of the icing happens in the rear always from exhaust heat. If you're not running over 1 3/4" track, it's not going to hurt anything to ditch the protectors completely.
I have a few pairs of them I the shelf if you want a straight set..
I would want to compare the specs on the bearings you have pictured versus the bearings you'd get at your dealer to be sure they're as good or better before use them. If you were asking if you would change them while you're in there the answer is absolutely. Cheap insurance versus being broken...
You'd have to tell us what the tooth count is that you have. Different models of sleds use different gears, so it's possible that it's a Yamaha gear that was originally from a different application.
You'll also need to know the number of links in the chain, and the bottom gear size. If you're...
Seems an odd thing to have coolant to it but no oil, but I guess we'll see what Clutchmaster says about it. Looks like a nice piece anyways.

You may have a bit better gas than we do south of the border. 93 is the best I've ever seen at the pump, and it's not always easy to find. 91 is the most common that I've seen, and even then, some brands are better than others.

At least it's not volume less like MPI's. I built mine out of carbon fiber so it fills in more of the available space, and the total volume is now right at 5qts.
