Good day everyone . Have a question for you guys . At what hp level does the charge pipe and intercooler size start losing its effiency . I’m running the powderlites intercooler still and it’s only 2.25 thick . I have a new header design on sled like osp use to build and a bigger turbo 5558...

So what gearing and chain are you using . How is the bottom end pull and mid pull with your setup . What sled and what’s all done to sled . Thanks

Has anyone tried the 25/50 gearing on there Ltx . Stock is 24/50 . Does the stock chain still work with 25/50 and how did you like it if you tried it out . Thanks

It’s the 5558 turbo . I’m shootings for 500 plus hp .

Some of the progress so far . Lots of work fabricating new header . Now I know why headers aren’t cheap to buy lol . Should flow nice this setup .

Gonna build one I think . Bought a merge collector to build one with also. Bought a precision 5558 turbo also for sled .

What is the limit Hp of a front mount 4 to 1 header . Say you change the header flange and weld another one on and install a gt 3076 . Will the front mount be too restrictive of a header for good flow . Thanks.

That’s the plan but the Garrett 2860 isn’t cutting it no more . Bought a precision 5558 for it now and making a new header for it this summer . Motor is already built so time to turn it up my friend . Lol
