Clamps of course go over silencer/gasket. Maybe that is enough to keep things tight.

This is with the pipes lined up. Should that gasket be out of the silencer and onto the y pipe? Front of sled is down of couse.

I'm replacing my exhaust gasket on 2009 apex. I was told by a mechanic to put the side of the gasket with the solid band facing the engine. Question I have is does that gasket sit flush at the end of the silencer or leave out an inch or so to cover over the y pipe side?

Don't know if anyone will ever see his update but here it is. I've had awesome success with the excel wheel kits. Getting a seasons worth out of a set of slides and would be more if I didn't just change them in the fall for yearly maintenance. Never would have thought I'd see this...

It acts the same during both during and after the choke process. Clears up after running for awhile.

Would there be any need to adjust the fuel screw setting? Really don't want to mess with it if its not necessary. Thanks, Smurf

If that was the case, wouldn't it continue to run rough? It does clear up relatively soon after warmed up. I will clean the pilots regardless. Smurf

Have had the sled since new in 2006. Just started last season having a hard time keeping it running when started cold. You have to keep feathering the throttle until warmed up and moving. After moving for a short while, it will run fine the rest of the ride. It's almost like it doesn't want...

The right side thumb warmer. Had wiring apart but couldn't find anything obvious. Not good with a ohm meter so will need so help.

Tired of sticking slides on hard packed, perfectly groomed (cold) trails. Will they help? Have same problem with 2006 Vector. And yes, track is ridiculously loose. Smurf
