Walbro 155 lph will pump almost 2x what stock injectors can flow at 80% duty cycle at 43.5 psi fp. That means at wfo, 155 pump can pump almost twice what injectors (engine) needs.
One has to remember that if you use a fuel pump that's too big, you might outpump the capacity of return line...
Agree. I'm in MN so OReilly is common. I wouldn't mind the kink so much if it wasn't exactly where fuel pump suction port is! That's why I searched and found that one from OReilly with 90 deg connection fitting.
I've fixed 998s that run "only" about 14-15 psi boost where I could tell head wasn't sealed completely. IMO, knowing what I know now, I'd say head studs on anything above 12-13 lbs boost. Stock torque-to-yield head bolts just don't provide enough clamp force for me. But, ARP head studs do.
