I just looked for the starter relay I don't see one by the fuses I know there are 3 relays on the left foot rail I have tried moving those around buy still no luck. Sled dog you mentioned starter solenoid can you tell me where that is located?

I did that there were 2 10 amp fuses and one bigger square one they all tested good.

Yes and I did check the voltage on the battery when I turn the key it drops from 12.8 v to 11.8v and when I push in the kill voltage stays at 12.8v so I am assuming the kill swich is operating correctly is there a easy place to meter the kill switch?
