ok so this what I found . I took out the heat exchanger and thats why It go hot and the oil got hot. Now it starts sometimes and throws a 30 code (oil pressure) but I hear the wire melts and causes the issue. I dont know if I damaged the motor or not .

yea, I dont think I cracked the exchanger. I had no green trail and the bottle is right where it should be

ok so you want to tighten the center shock spring up. that will take ski pressure off and give you more track bite. There are two nuts on there. loosen the locking nut on the bottom then tighten the spring nut to put more tension on the spring

sounds like you have alot of ski pressure. The nytro is very nose heavy espically when you let off the throttle. I would look at you center shock spring and see how far it is cranked up. if its pretty loose you want to tighten it up. does the rear of the sled feel really loose in the snow

Also, the weird part if the sled sits for a while a day or longer it will fire up , but once you shut it off it will not re-fire????

So heated the sled up and it fired right up. So I am going to change the relay to a solid state one.

Well, gave it some heat and put it on the battery charger . Gave it a couple fuel pump cycles fired right up. Im thinking fuel relay

No Cause we got gas at the same pump and mine was ok.
