I have owned the sled for a month. I have to assume 07 harness and 07 handlebars is what I have. Why would it work one day and lousy the next while driving the same trails at a steady pace?
If the ECU controls the grips, why can't there be a memory flash to cure the way the computer...
My 07 Attak hand warmers were WAY too hot on high when I got the sled last month. Yesterday 60 miles from the cabin I nearly got frostbite. I had them down to two bars when I parked the sled the night before and they were working great!
I was on a 75 mile rail bed trail much like the day...
Is that an exchange price or my arms reinforced and powder coated? I bought a newer sled hoping to get away from the dreaded SRX W Arm problem I had back in March.
I shattered my 2001 SRX 700 in 4 pieces. Previous owner did the same thing. I just bought a 2007 Attak hoping to get away from this garbage.
Guess I better look it over real good.
I looked at a 2008 IQ FST but was willing to pay a $1300 premium for a 2007 Attak. The turbo maintenance, whether real or imagined just plain scared me.
The 140hp looked nice, but the attack with 150hp and 136" track should be the ticket.
I thought this was a two stroke problem. :-) I have been using about a 3/8" thick strip of rubber on my 3 700 triples. I will check the Attak to see how they are wearing. The trails were not darty at all last night.
