thanks for your reply. I really like the looks of the lowered SRX and it really handles great. Looks like I will need rails as well as torsion springs, upper A arm and spindles.
Hi I have been following this thread. I currently have a 2019 SRX and snow
checked a 2025 SRX. I really like my 2019 and may want to convert the 2025 to 2019 specs. Sorry for all the questions below.
What is different about the rails on the 2025 vs the 2019? Will the rails on the 2025 make it...
Hi All,
I was riding my 2019 SRX today and a "C1521" alarm flashed on the dash. anyone know what this alarm is?
-19 C today and running a 240 tune. Machine ran great, ,,,even with code.
Thanks
rear springs are on soft. so is the IQS.
noticed yesterday on ice and soft snow, the ski pressure would cause the skis to dig in, and machine would spin and had difficulty moving forward until it got going.. My 700 SRX had no problem. I have 1000 miles on this set up. time to adjust.
Hi all. I have a 2019 srx set up in stock form. I am finding excessive ski pressure. is there any limits to maximum amount of spring preload I can have on the middle shock? I think the manual says 1/4" preload max? any problems to give this more than the recommended?
I broke 1 screw yesterday at 12 ft lbs. and felt another one start to yield. Luckily I was able to get the broken screw out easily.
I will either go to cap screws or torque by feel. Very discouraged also.
I have over 1200 kms on my SRX as well as of today and rode for the 1st time with the 240 hurricane flash. the performance is awesome. I agree it is my best sled so far.
What primary weights are you running for the 260 flash? I used Dalton QAY 70 loaded at 73 grams today. I am wondering if...
Took my 2019 SRX for the first ride yesterday. The sled is excellent.
I noticed the engine temps running in the 165-167 range...10 degrees lower than my previous SW. Anyone else find this also?
Above is pictures of my new SRX on the left and a XTX on the right. Looking at the suspension bolt on the SRX, it is located higher in the tunnel than the XTX indicating the tunnel clearance is less on the SRX and a shallower angle of attack.. I have exactly 1 1/2" tunnel clearance between the...
I roughly measured the srx beside another sidewinder at the sled show earlier this year. using a piece of paper as a guide, it looks like the front suspension bolt is higher in the tunnel on the srx, and the rep also indicated there may not be enough clearance for a 1.75 track, but he wasn't...
