    Mine always runs between 70-73 degrees celcius on the trail, low snow heats up a bit more to like 79ish

    It could very well be slip on top.... I was having some issues with slip and I added some tip weight and unwrapped the secondary 1 and it seemed to correct it

    The white tunnel will show dirt for sure, especially belt dust, but there's consiserably less with the 8dn from what I've seen, ran 8jp all last year, switched to 8dn this year

    The 8dn is more consistant with the rpm.... So if your trying to dial in clutching it's somewhat hard to dial in if your getting different rpm readings everytime which is what I was getting. I switched, rpm is spot on every time and consistant and not near the belt dust either, as for tinkering...

    Mine has this to, power commander with the hurricane map in it doesn't change it/make it go away, really not that concerned with it, much rather see this pop off idle compared to a nytro which does that around 5-6 grand

    I think the quality control at the factory has a bit to do with it as well... Hence the reason some are able to run 95-100 mph and some are only seeing 85mph....     I will agree with that! Just from the clutching I've done on mine, they do not respond to weight the same way a 2 stroke does, they will tractor threw the weight a lot easier and usually Ya end up with the same top end rpm just have a bit of a drop in rpm off the start

    Jeeze that's not bad at all! I ran 103, adjusted the secondary then ran 104-105 the rest of the day.... Definately glad to be part of the 100 mph club now and even happier to know that some guys are getting the vipers figured out!

    There wasn't many there surprisingly! Buddy with a 500 ss was there, raced him, raced a 2 stroke viper, 2 Srx's, venture, stock 2015 viper... That was all that was really around

    I really wish he had of stuck around, I literally showed up, he was doing his last run, ran the 131, then I ran a few times, adjusted some stuff and he had left in the meantime, got talking to some buddies and they told me who they thought it was... Good news is if it is that guy, gf's dad is...
