I am going to Paradise this weekend and will keep my eyes open for it.

We had the same prep problem at a local dealer here.I worked there as a salesman for 2 years and the bikes and sleds were not prepped properly,I was doing the track tension and ski alinment myself on the front porch of the dealer before my customers picked there sleds up which caused the dealer...

That would be great,after being a tech at a Lincoln/Mercury dealer for 15 years Apex's look roomy under the hood...or should I say well packaged. :Rockon:

I thought the RTX's were not going to be in till Oct. per Yamaha?

I can feel the difference in the trails I like to ride,tight,twisty and bumpy.I am hoping the center of gravity difference makes up for that some.The only time you would really feel it is when you get good and stuck.

I too bought an Apex this year for my first Yamaha in 26 years and after doing a bunch of research on the clutching and pipes for that sled I have gotten a lot of great help from the sponsors of this site,do a search and check.

I would prefer the GT over the RTX for $400 more and get the ohlins and gyt-r shocks.

I also wanted the GT because of the clickers on the front and rear,I was not worried about adjusting an air spring because you would normally set the preload and the twist the clickers,I also wanted the compression adjustability in the rear that the Ohlins has,the rebound adjuster on the RTX is...

Since I was bumped from a GT to an RTX does anyone know yet if the valving setups are firmer on the RTX compared to the GT like the f7 vs. snopro.I still would like to put a rear Ohlins on it and am wondering about shock valving compatability between the floats and the Ohlins.

I saw the polaris primary on another site,they claimed the Yamaha would bind.I like the idea of a roller secondary just not sure how well or how many people have tried them on Yamahas. Just trying to educate myself on the sled ahead of time.I had a Goodwin kit on my cat and am trying to find a...

I heard Polaris primarys work good on these,and how about a secondary? Roller or no? Just switched from green to an Apex Gt. :Rockon:
