I would definitely be concentrating on the compression problem. You should be able to pop the valve cover off with the fuel tank removed if you need to go looking in there. Always try a second compression gauge for good measure.

I expect some messing around with the clutch. Time will tell as it hasn't showed up yet. I am hoping it has enough grunt to keep the 20T top gear, but I do have 19T gear if required. Only one way to find out!

I am finishing up my long track conversion and I know clutching is probably going to be an issue. Has anyone tried a PB80 primary? I am looking at this as an option over a clutch kit from SBR.

I think the only way to do this is to remove the shaft/gear box assembly and do it on the bench. I believe the bearing is pressed on from what i can tell. Remove the bolts that secure the gearbox to the frame, the gear and circlips in the chain case, and the secondary clutch. You can then drive...

I'm thinking start with the 9 tooth drivers (if they fit), and 19 tooth top gear and clutch kit. If it isn't able to pull it I can drop a tooth on the gear.
