    make sure the plastic isn't cracked. That could be where the moisture is getting in.

    take it off and bring it in the house. Let it dry out real good and put some clear silicone along the outside where the two pieces match up.

    fits like a glove best investment you can make. i priced them out all over. It would cost me more to built it myself then to buy it.
