I've got the skinz 42" front end. I havent rode much yet so I can't give a real opinion on the ride but I talked to the guy who rebuilds all our sled shocks and he said there's spherical bushings that get pressed in so used shocks would be an option and a good way to save some money.
Just finished putting all the new parts on for this winter. Skinz a-arms, excell header, rsi handlebars, revalved shocks, new backcountry track and a driveshaft with extrovert drivers to replace the bent one..
The backcountry track makes it a completely different sled to ride offtrail. I've got a rtx and it"ll go threw more snow than my dads xtx now. I also got 12000 km out of the track before i had to replace the only downside was it really hurt the top end.
Has anyone been on arcticchat? There's more problems with the pro cross sleds than just blowing belts. Arctic cat isn't going to build the viper better than their own sled...
All I meant was the issues arctic cat was having last winter like the chain case and fuel filters comeing lose on the turbos and if arctic cat is going to be building the viper I cant see it being a better sled than a pro cross. I'm just saying I don't want to buy a sled that will leave me...
I'm disappointed. The main reason i have a yamaha is because of how reliable their sleds are and unless arctic cat fixed all the issues with the pro cross chassis since last year this sleds going to hurt yamahas reputation...
If you plug your old bars in and then set the grip warmers to zero the light will stay out when you unplug the grips.. but if you touch the grip warmer button the engine light will start flashing again
