Thats what I was thinking but I cranked the !@#$!@$# out of it for about 2 hours. Put my hand over the openings to "choke" each carb and there was plenty of fuel going to the carbs. It was backfiring like a mother....Just couldn't get her to catch.
What exactly does the CDI do? I thought it had something to do with the Throtle override.....Can this be why I can't get mine to start after the long summer? Major backfiring after hours of ing.
Rules - Is that because you had two people on your sled? I am also concerned about the track hitting. I noticed they went with a box style from the origional can style.
My sled is available for you to tear down to make you jigs.

I was not aware that you were a 2 man shop. I was under the impression that you have been doing this for a while. Obviously your marketing plan is working.

I have tried to order this for my Vector because they claim to save weight for the Vector/Apex. Apparently they are "too busy" filling orders to make one for the Vector now.

Rule - Glad we are not the only ones having this trouble. The ski scratchers are the best way to keep the hyfaxes lubed and machine cool. I was thinking of a "L" bracket to put a bolt through for the spring to piviot on and to hold the other end in place. I am interested in your set-up...
