What I hear is track way too loose. Not sure where you might have gotten info on track tension but track should not "hang" off slide rails. Tighter is faster but even on standard duty trail sleds, your track should not hang down off slide rails.
PEFI has their video but some/many think...
Maybe w more open wheel. Center hub of outside wheel is nearly right over head of axle bolt and there's hardly any space between inside of outside wheel and head of bolt. I had to make a 9/16" wrench thinner and bend it so it would fit in through track window. Ugly.
Never get them back on IF track tension is properly adjusted. If track is too loose, you might be able to. With proper track tension you can see bulge on outside of track where the wheels are. Might not even be able to get them off, but for sure you wouldn't be able to get them back on...
Not on the kits I bought from them over years. Axle bolt is in a cut out area so from front you can't even see it. Access is through track windows with a custom bent 9/16" wrench. Ugly. Yes, bling thing.
Been a common problem with Tricked Toys offset axles since day 1. I have been using their stuff since 2005 era. Same issue with all of them - how to loosen/align/tighten track with outside wheels on.
Notice any additional noise/vibration/drag? Those little wheels are turning hellish RPM at even fairly modest speeds. If you do the math, at 80 MPH those little wheels are being asked to turn over 7000 RPM! While I'm sure they sure prevent wear at the classic spot for ProCross rails, how much...
PTO snub shaft bearing is 6307-2RS C3. Should be able to source anywhere but get a good one (NOT China). NSK, NTN, SKF, FAG, KOYO, Timken, etc.

So where can I get the complete parts list? (Anyone on TY have Cat p/n's for all the parts? LOL).
Where can I get the complete step-by-step installation instructions with pics?
You guys are great!
Remove heavy duty retaining ring first. Lol
Usually don't need to even tap on it. Heat alum brace around bearing, usually you can just grab shaft and pull it right out.
