What does the stock Tach use for a signal? On wasted spark coils there is usually a output for a tach, not sure on the red head wiring though.

You have to make sure they are aligned and tensioned correctly. Its quite a process to align them. Check out the vid to see my process:

No that is still iron. Look at the Tial SS housings. Stainless steel is lighter and shows 2lbs on that site. Yes external gate required. They are better flow anyway.
