I took a video and around my water pump itself it looks clean. I'm trying to disconnect the ROV ,aka pressure check valve, without removing the tank. The negative spade connector is easy enough but I can't fit a wrench for the positive side. Anyone know where the wires go to? I can't seem to...

Booster pack yes they use lithium ion. But their battery replacement are lithium iron (Lifepo4).

So I did noticed some residue close to my belt on the bulkhead. Its either brake dust but probably oil vapor that made its way. So just a warning to anyone not to do bypass it under the engine. I have it like most of you now.

Check your air intake cover. Both screws tend to get loose.

In Snowtech magasine they did say Yamaha is working with AC on Catalyst for future models. I doubt that means 2S painted blue only.

Not first year like you say. But I don't see AC keeping the Procross for long so whenever they stop making it Yam will have the 600 in blue.

Treat it as consumable and change it every year or spent 5 to 8 times the price for good aftermarket. That is always the question with sleds.

But I have the super duty upgraded in 2022 gear for him. The new bushing is even a blueish colour. Can't get that with aftermarket. lol

Catalyst 600 would work for you. It will seem like a race car after your 500. Doesn't mater if its Yamaha it would just be blue. Same 2S AC engine.
