Never had an issue doing it the way Mr. Sled describes. Get a very small (1/8") carbide tipped drill bit and try to drill a small hole first. Even if it's off center a bit you should be ok. The get an easy out in there and heat the rail with a propane torch or something.....again as Mr. Sled...

Did you overfill the oil tank? What year Vector?

I THINK the small tube that comes from the engine to the airbox has a check valve. It might be stuck open.

Tuners aren't going to totally solve the issue either. Stay with your stock skis and get Woodys Doolies. Hope we all helped you! Oh almost forgot...make sure your skis are shimmed properly so that the wearbars wear evenly from front to back. Common shim size seems to be between .125" and...
