Anyone tried the Powerbloc 80 primary clutch?

I'd be interested to know if when on the 3 cylinders do they get rid of the stupid clutch rattle that sounds like the engine is full of marbles? Both my Nytro and now sidewinder clutches sound like this.

Aftermarket clutch weight testing from this weekend

Shagman told me not to bother with the extra 1/4 in the heel, that due to where the extra weight ends up it doesn't end up doing anything for you. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Aftermarket clutch weight testing from this weekend

Thank you Dieselxtx. I spoke with Shagman on the phone today and discussed the setup, and he agreed that I would be close and could just add a second thick washer to the tip and see where the rpm's end up. Very happy to hear I will be close. I got concerned when it was mentioned I would need...

Aftermarket clutch weight testing from this weekend

Thanks Shagman. I must say, that's a little disappointing. I was under the understanding that if I provided all my info when ordering (riding weight, sled, modifications, and tunes I'd be running) that the weights would be set up to a good starting point for me....or at least include all the...

Aftermarket clutch weight testing from this weekend

My thinking was that I'm having secondary and primary spring binding issues, so I wanted those as part of the kit. Thought running a complete kit from one company would be easier to work with. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Aftermarket clutch weight testing from this weekend

Reviving this thread again as there's a ton of useful info here. Would be great for guys to post their ecu tuning, clutching, and weight setups here to help everyone else with tuning their clutches. I have a thunder products kit with heavy hitters, setup the way they were sent to me. I'll be...

    Battery voltage? 2014 Nytro

12.3 v is less than 50‰ for typical 12 volt battery. Full charge is 12.7 to 13.0 volts. I agree it still should spin over though. Although sometimes electrical systems get finicky the lower the voltage drops. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

    Battery voltage? 2014 Nytro

Harbor freight has a really cheap load tester. Just content leads to terminals and hit the switch for a certain period of time as it applies a 100 amp load. You watch the gage to see how the voltage drops during this application. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

    Battery voltage? 2014 Nytro

12.3 volts is a weak battery. Fully charged should be 12.7 to 13.0. I'd charge it up fully and then load test it, if it fails therein lies your problem.

TPI 911 Cover, Tough Guy Spring, & SW Helix with EVO Flash 4

Just use a thin walled "lug nut" socket available off of Amazon for pretty cheap. I have a couple sets, they are designed to fit over recessed lug nuts in today's ever popular aluminum wheels. I had to get them because standard sockets wouldn't fit into recesses on my aluminum trailer wheels...

    Interesting new track from Camso

Looks to me like they designed these lugs with the thought of making an ice version of this track that is pre-studded....anyone heard anything about this? Looks like an awesome track though.

    My 2018 Apex 50th XTX

Nice, Tom. The Apex is such a great looking sled. These 2018's will be awesome sleds for the collectors among us someday too. Red, white, and black scheme sure looks sharp. Can't wait to get some real world feedback on that front end suspension tech.
