I live in Canada and did the same install this spring. As I recall the shipping was right around $60. US. A tip for fitting the foam is to use an electric knife, it is what the pros use, just sha ve a bit at a time and it leaves the remaining material much smoother.

I read here somewhere that Duponts for Yamaha sleds would work but they are loose. I put them on mine last year maybe 1200 km's on them with no issues I can see.
