I have an idea. My friends 1 1/4" track has ripped lugs off by hitting the tunnel protectors. My 1" track has about 1/4" worn off some of the lugs because of the tunnel protector rub. Could your track be balooning nad hitting the TP's, knocking the clips off?? Two different suspensions...
