Rod I think You have to treat it like any other business decision. If the US dealer is say 300 miles away, the round trip is prolly $200 for most guys rigs. The gamble is warranty, got to trailer it back across if something major happens.
You come to an accurate bottom line figuring in...
I think if you go cash value it is $1860 ( the 1200 you mention + the 100 on service)
But I agree cash value does not work exactly the same say you are buying another year of warranty, you might pay retail which is more than cash value. Not trying to prove my number is THE number, just trying...
The $600 in US accessories has a cash value of about $300.
The fleese jacket has a cash value of about $65 and the extra year of warranty has a cash value of about $125
US....$11,299 minus $300 minus $125.........$10,874
CDN 14099 minus 1300 minus 65................$12,734
The diff is...
Well-structured transition systems (WSTS's) are a general class of infinite state systems for which decidability results rely on the existence of a well-quasi-ordering between states that is compatible with the transitions back into TY.
Ulmer right in the vendor section. Does the machine work and has quite possibly the best clutch kits available.
btw you should fill out your location in your profile, that would help for recommendations that are closer to you.

On the GT, 06 had more shock issues hard bottoming etc. I think 07 got better seals, reinforcement in the tunnel. Other than that basically identical besides what the others have mentioned.
Encapsolated roller. Meaning the roller runs in a slot in the helix vs the edge of the helix. Roller clutches have their good points but can be tricky to tune. I would suggest Turks help if you do it.
Forward facing exhaust manifold I think.
Yamaha went exotic and lightweight with titanium, which costs more.
The doo design is fine, but that has worn too on my 2 strokes, and it is heavier which makes me skeptical it is going to weigh 509 lbs
No question that 2 strokes have had pretty decent reliability historically until emissions and very high HP came into play.
Trying to run leaner and with less oil has caused some pretty big problems.
But for racing, it only has to stay together for the race. Street versions will be...
actually in all kinds of racing rule changes have happened to keep all kinds of motorsports racing more affordable.
The trouble always is particularily manufacturers have such DEEP pockets. So they go more and more exotic trying to out do the others.
Going 2S would be a way to open things up...
I honestly think doo has fudged on the claimed 509 lbs, and by the time it is a production sled vs a handbuilt prototype the weight will even grow more.
LOL I have known 4 fighter for a long time. He knows that what a bunch of guys do together behind closed doors is NONE of anybodys business. :moon: LaLaLa ;):D
