That lower front skid shock axle can be replaced with a steel one from the Cat race sleds. It's not uncommon to bend the stock piece.

Our sled is the same year and even color Cat 7000 as his. His has the different deflectors inside the panel than ours. That's what it was in reference to.

Our 14' cat 7000 doesn't have the splitter between primary and secondary either on the inner panel. I doubt it does much. They never stuck with that idea on the panels. I always remove the side panel foam. I did more work for venting on my turbo but the 7000 never concerned me as far as needing...

Agreed. -10 -15 I've never had an issue with the 4-strokes starting that I've owned. If those temps were a regular issue to get it started, I wouldn't own the sled.

What are you asking for them? I went the opposite route. Had curves and swapped them for SLP skis and never looked back. Might be interested in another pair of SLT's for another sled.
