If you have the original China bearing & a ntn bearing side by side , it’s not the grease that’s the main problem , it’s the seal drag on the China bearing that horrible. Take the seals out they both spin about the same .

Tks for the update on test I was sure my 22 ltx shaft was definitely harder than my 21 srx & 18 50th . As the spring point tool I always use wouldn’t hardly mark the 22 at all .lol .

Yamaha had bigger rivets for the old trailing arm mounts they may on the foot rest , they may work good

Rebuild your 2 rear shocks , & buy stiffer rear springs

Try running a newer helix off 20 or newer sidewinder and stock spring setting. I think Yamaha had a discounted price on helix kit but not 100% sure

If you want to ride tomorrow take reverse servo motor off chain case , with motor off slide tooth spline above hole to left with someone rocking secondary back and forth will get you to drive.

With the strike ski , aggressive snow trackers, then back off or tighten center spring until you are comfortable. Had the non aggressive snow trackers they pushed when riding fast .if you are not fast trail rider the regular snow trackers will work fine .

Iqs is nothing special, the 2006 apex had dash adjustable rear suspension , the iqs just adds 2 motors on the front shocks.

If you have your studding pattern right , the best acceleration is the 14.5 with duralon bushings out of the 2000 srx .

Weld the shaft , buy a light weight rotor

Yes get a better bushing, it will happen if you leave it. You don’t need the shift fork pads . Just spot weld or lock tight the chain adjuster while you are in there

Bushing needs replaced, probably the easiest fix , is get a bushing from provost in north bay if u don’t want to buy a new gear

22t difference in gearing is 4-5 Mph top end on sled if on hard pack or ice . Bottom end is a little slower if stock . Positive is the chain has less deflection and has less chances of hitting inner post if chain adjuster is loose with the 22t . But if you do your maintenance the 21 is...

Was originally told srx was November/ early December. Now pushed back to January/ February. Not sure why any manufacturers are not ordering from parts suppliers to have sled runs ready for Aug /sept . Then by December/ January sled runs are complete.

My delivery date was pushed back until February .Now being that late , have to decide if I should wait for what’s new in 2024 ?
