The Yamaheater was the first mod I made to my Apex. Darn near a "must have" on these earlier year machines. Money well spent for sure. The only problem I'm sure you'll run in to is sore cheeks from smilin' so darn much when you mash that flipper and hear that engine purr (roar)!

I was looking at my '08 LTX and contemplated adding a fan to the radiator. After looking at the online parts fiche it appears it should already have one. My friend's 07 GT is also fan-less. Was that fan only on some models? I'll have to look for an open connection in that area.

Any smoke / oil smell when it's running? Seems if you're burning that much oil there'd be some obvious signs. How do the plugs look?

I have two sets of those as well. I think I'll give them a try next season in the BV2S.

I've had good luck with the UClear headsets. I use them on my bike and sled. I have a set of speakers installed in each of my helmets (BV2S, HJC BT-Max, 3/4 helmet for bike) and move the module around as needed. I recommend the speakers that have the mic on an extended lead to allow positioning...
