Yes replaced it with I believe an OEM from partszilla, tried jumping the posts, nothing. Checked readings at relay got 12v, and when key turned 12v on other post, checked reading all the way to starter, it has same readings. Checked continuity on ground wire and it was good. All connections...

I don’t get why it would spin though when I had it completely off and hooked up straight to the battery.. I was thinking about putting another ground wire to it to see if that would help if there’s a weak ground. And yes it was the “cylinder identification sensor” that’s on top of the valve cover.
